Live-Action Kingdom Movie Teases Epic War to Come

kingdom Yasuhisa Hara’s historical adventure manga Kingdom is coming to the big screen in Japan in the form of a live-action film directed by Shinsuke Sato (Gantz, Bleach). Kento Yamazaki and Ryo Yoshizawa are in the lead as Shin and Eisei, respectively, and the official website went up with a new 30-second teaser trailer to showcase some of the epic action to come.

Check out the clip below—which also highlights the fact that the film will feature 50 people taking on an army of 80,000 soldiers—ahead of Kingdom‘s April 19, 2019 debut.
