If those pictures we posted were worth a thousand words, then the latest media for Chris Nahon’s live-action Blood: The Last Vampire flick should be worth a cool million. Yahoo! Japan has made a streaming teaser available, though it prompted a download so I’ll instead direct you to the embedded YouTube video below.

I have to say, the little shown here doesn’t look half bad. Of course, it’s hard to really get any solid impressions from a 31-second teaser, but it seems Nahon and co. may be going in the right direction with this realization of Saya’s violent journey. The film will debut in Japan on May 29, with a June 12 release in the UK and a June 17 release in France following its lead. There’s no date for the US, though Universal Pictures apparently has the domestic rights to the movie.
