Last Exile Film to Feature Newly Animated Footage

A theatrical film is on the way to recompile the Last Exile -Fam, The Silver Wing- TV anime, and some new details emerged from the December issue of Animedia magazine. According to the report, Last Exile -Fam, The Silver Wing- the Movie: Over the wishes will feature 500 shots that are either reshot footage or newly animated, complete with some re-recorded dialogue.
Set two years after the original Last Exile TV anime Last Exile -Fam, The Silver Wing originally premiered back in 2011. The new film version is set to open in Japan on February 6, 2016.
