June 5, 2015 Following up on a March tease, Netflix confirmed the date for the return of the Knights of Sidonia anime. Based on the manga by Tsutomu Nihei, Knights of Sidonia: Battle for Planet Nine will hit the streaming service with all 12 episodes on July 3.
