Kakegurui Anime Hits Netflix in 2018

Netflix’s slew of previews this week included an English-subtitled look at Kakegurui, the TV anime based on the high-stakes gambling manga written by Homura Kawamoto and illustrated by Toru Naomura. The series already made its debut in Japan at the start of July, but according to Netflix the rest of us will have to wait until “2018” to check it out.

MAPPA produces the adaptation, the manga of which is available in English via Yen Press under the title Kakegurui – Compulsive Gambler. I’m not sure if it will make the wait any easier, but here’s the latest subtitled preview!
