It was only a matter of time, but we finally have some info on KAGUYA-SAMA season 3 and some other doings surrounding the anime adaptation of Aka Akasaka’s manga. Not only is KAGUYA-SAMA: LOVE IS WAR‘s third season in the works, but there’s also an OVA planned for release in the not-too-distant future.
At the time of this writing, there’s no debut date for KAGUYA-SAMA season 3, but the OVA is planned for sometime in 2021. While we wait for further details, you can check out a trailer below.

Crunchyroll and Funimation streamed the first season as it aired, and Funimation streamed the second. Here’s the official synopsis:
Known for being both brilliant and powerful, Miyuki Shirogane and Kaguya Shinomiya lead the illustrious Shuchiin Academy as near equals. And everyone thinks they’d make a great couple. Pride and arrogance are in ample supply, so the only logical move is to trick the other into instigating a date!
