It was a short and sweet run, but the Ichigoki’s Under Control!! manga has officially come to an end. Seiji Hayashi’s series published its final chapter in the pages of this year’s 20th issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, and June 2 will mark the Japanese launch of the manga’s second and final volume.
The series first kicked off in Jump on November 28, 2022, and the first volume hit shelves in Japan on April 4.
The Ichigoki’s Under Control!! manga is published digitally via Shueisha’s MANGA Plus service and VIZ Media’s Shonen Jump service. Here’s how MANGA Plus describes it:

But an unexpected encounter with the fists of an eastern lowland gorilla that has escaped from the zoo results in his death… He somehow regains consciousness only to discover that he’s become a fullmetal-bodied cyborg?! Thus begins cyborg Ichigoki’s wacky and aggravating misadventures with Misao, his mad scientist friend from childhood!
