Hello World Film Says Hello to New Trailer, Poster

Hello, Hello World news!

The original anime film, which hits Japanese theaters September 20 (only two months away!) has a new trailer and poster to share with the world.

The poster promises that the final second of the film will provide a twist.

The CG-animated film, directed by Tomohiko Ito (Sword Art Online), is a sci-fi love story that takes place in Kyoto in 2027. It centers around classmates Naomi Katagaki (Takumi Kitamura) and Ruri Ichigyo (Minami Hamabe)—oh, and Naomi again, but from 10 years in the future (Tori Matsuzaka).

It’s written by Mado Nozaki (Babylon) and features character designs by Yukiko Horiguchi (K-On!). The studio animating the film is Graphinica, who put together Expelled from Paradise a few years back.
