The Haigakura anime is set to premiere this October, and ahead of that we have a new trailer and more additions to the cast. Check out the new main trailer below, and read on for five new cast members.

New cast additions include:
- Junko Takeuchi as Young Ichiyo
- Akira Sasanuma as Shungei
- Tatsumaru Tachibana as Gaishi
- Atsushi Tamaru as Gas Mask
- Kazutomi Yamamoto as Rabbit Mask
Shinobu Takayama’s Haigakura manga has been running since 2008. The manga is about Kashikans, officers who must track down gods and capture them to restore order to the world. There’s no official English adaptation available at the time of this writing, but hopefully this anime will spur some interest for publishers!
