One of the hotly anticipated anime adaptations down the line is Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End, based on the manga written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe. The latest update is here to reveal a release period along with a new trailer, visual, main staff and the voice actor behind Frieren.

BOCCHI THE ROCK! director Keiichiro Saito is at the helm for this one, which also has Tomohiro Suzuki (ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept.) on series composition , Reiko Nagasawa (takt op. Destiny) on character designs and Evan Call (Violet Evergarden) on music for the Madhouse production.
Atsumi Tanezaki, who recently voiced Anya in the SPY x FAMILY anime, is in the lead as Frieren.
The Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End manga has been running in the pages of Weekly Shonen Sunday since April 2020 and will have 10 volumes on the shelves in Japan as of March 16. VIZ Media publishes the manga in English and sums it up below.
