Netflix’s animated adaptation of the video game franchise Devil May Cry will be back for another season.
The eight-episode first season hit the ‘flix on April 3 and hit #4 on the global top ten list.
The second season is no surprise, really: The series was announced with multiple seasons from the outset. Still, season one jumping onto the global top ten couldn’t have hurt.
The Devil May Cry series is written by Adi Shankar (Castlevania) and Alex Larsen (Yasuke) and is animated at Studio Mir. The English version stars Johnny Yong Bosch, Scout Taylor Compton, Kevin Conroy, and Hoon Lee.
