Dark Machine Anime Reveals Trailer, Staff DetailsDark Machine, the anime component of what’s being described as a “Web3 game project,” just dropped a teaser trailer and some production details at San Diego Comic-Con.

It’s been revealed that production is taking place at Production h+, the newish studio co-founded by Mitsuo Iso (The Orbital Children). We’ve also learned that Goro Taniguchi (One Piece Film Red) has joined as creative producer, and Hidetaka Tenjin (Macross) as lead mech designer. The anime is directed by Kazumi Terada (episode director, Orbital Children). Writers include Takaaki Suzuki, Tatsuhiko Urahata, and Atsuo Ishino, all members of “Team Carbuncle.”

No details on release date yet, but the game itself is set for next year, with early access this year.

GET GIGANTIC, DESTROY EVERYTHING, SEIZE THE DARK

Dark Machine is an Asynchronous Big Team Arena Shooter featuring destructible mechs and maps situated against two parallel universes, The Light and The Dark. Slated for release in 2025 with Early Access starting in 2024.
