The upcoming movie Cute High Earth Defense Club Eternal Love! (a.k.a. Binan Kōkō Chikyū Bōei-bu Eternal Love! in Japanese) has shared new information on members of its cast. Kappei Yamaguchi (Shinichi Kudo in the Case Closed franchise) will be playing Aye-aye, and Jūrōta Kosugi (Asuma Sarutobi in Naruto) will be playing Deathamor. The movie takes place after what’s happened in the series so far.
It had already been revealed that the following actors are returning from other parts of the franchise: Kazutomi Yamamoto plays Yumoto Hakone, Yūichirō Umehara plays En Yufuin, Kōtarō Nishiyama plays Atsushi Kinugawa, Yusuke Shirai plays Io Naruko, Toshiki Masuda plays Ryū Zaō, Mugihito plays Wombat, Hiroshi Kamiya plays Kinshirō Kusatsu, Jun Fukuyama plays Ibushi Arima, Takuma Terashima plays Akoya Gero, Hiroki Yasumoto plays Thunder, Naoyuki Shimozuru plays Kyōtarō Shuzenji, Ryōga Komata plays Ryōma Kirishima, Takahide Ishii plays Nanao Wakura, Rikuya Yasuda plays Taishi Manza, Shouta Hayama plays Ichiro Dogo, Takuya Eguchi plays Karurusu, Hikaru Midorikawa plays Ata Ibusuki, Kōsuke Toriumi plays Taiju Unazuki, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka plays Maasa Shirahone, Tomokazu Sugita plays Gōra Hakone, Keisuke Kōmoto plays Akihiko Beppu, and Yoshiki Murakami plays Haruhiko Beppu.
Cute High Earth Defense Club Eternal Love! is slated to hit Japanese theaters on January 24, 2025. Its theme song is titled “Eikyū Fuhen ☆LOVE IS LIFE☆” (translated as “Forever Unchanging ☆LOVE IS LIFE☆”), which is performed by its many cast members.

Cute High Earth Defense Club LOVE! Plot
The story revolves around the members of the “Earth Defense Club” aka the “Do Nothing Club” at Binan High School. One day, the club members are soaking in a hot bath together when all of a sudden a mysterious pink wombat appears out of thin air! The wombat asks the members to lend it their help to protect the Earth. At school the next day, each of the club members receives a magical bracelet enveloping them in a dazzling light.
