A big update has been revealed for Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture, the new four-part anime that’s set to have its theatrical screening debut in Japan on May 10. On top of a new visual, the official website went live with some mech designs and 14 new cast members.
First up, a trio of Knightmare Frames that will be introduced: Type-07T Keisetsu, Type-07 Sekka and Type-05C Akatsuki-Upgrade.
New cast additions include:
- Takaya Kuroda as Kensei Kuroto
- Katsuyuki Konishi as Isao Monobe
- Miyu Tomita as Haruka Rutaka
- Shoya Chiba as Tomo’omi Oda
- Taito Ban as Shota Munemori
- Riho Sugiyama as Yoko Araki
- Anzu Haruno as Yuri Sano
- Hayato Fujii as Sanshiro Tomi
- Yutaka Aoyama as Tokio Iwamoto
- Kanehira Yamamoto as Shiro Sazanami
- Chikahiro Kobayashi as Kaoru Shizuka
- Yuka Terasaki as Natalia Luxembourg
- Haruka Shiraishi as Mei Ema
- Masashi Nogawa as Vallen Stark
The second part of Rozé of the Recapture will premiere in Japan on June 7, followed by part three on July 5 and part four on August 2.
Yoshimitsu Ohashi is directing Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture, with Noboru Kimura on scripts and CLAMP providing new character designs, which are being adapted for the anime by Takahiro Kimura and Hidekazu Shimamura. It’s all being produced at Sunrise.
