Bocchi the Rock! Anime Previewed in First Trailer

A trailer is here for the anime adaptation of Aki Hamaji’s Bocchi the Rock! manga, which is now lined up for an October 8 premiere in Japan. In addition to the first video preview, more staff members have been revealed alongside the previously announced staff like Keiichiro Saito (ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept. Regards) as director, Erika Yoshida (Lupin III Part IV) as script writer and Kerorira as character designer. 

Among the latest staff to join the team at CloverWorks are assistant director Yusuke Yamamoto, live concert director Yusuke Kawakami, live concert animator Yuki Ito, art director Yasunao Moriyasu, CG director Katsuaki Miyaji, editor Daisuke Hiraki and music composer Tomoki Kikuya. 

Check out the trailer for the series—which follows lonely high school girl Hitori “Bocchi-chan” Goto as she eventually finds her way and meets others who are interested in music—ahead of its debut below.
