November 4 marks the long-awaited end of the Attack on Titan anime, which closes out the adaptation of Hajime Isayama’s manga with Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS Special 2. With just days to go, the official site and social media channels went live with the final trailer.
Prior to this, the official website confirmed that Special 2 will be an 85-minute broadcast in Japan. The opening theme will be Linked Horizon’s “2,000 years…or…To You, 2,000 Years From Now.” Once the broadcast is over, a global after-party online event will stream, and there’s also a 10th anniversary ATTACK FES event on the way to Japan on January 27 and 28.

The first half of Attack on Titan Final Season THE FINAL CHAPTERS premiered on March 4, 2023 and streamed on Crunchyroll, which describes the series like so:
Known in Japan as Shingeki no Kyojin, many years ago, the last remnants of humanity were forced to retreat behind the towering walls of a fortified city to escape the massive, man-eating Titans that roamed the land outside their fortress. Only the heroic members of the Scouting Legion dared to stray beyond the safety of the walls – but even those brave warriors seldom returned alive.
Those within the city clung to the illusion of a peaceful existence until the day that dream was shattered, and their slim chance at survival was reduced to one horrifying choice: kill – or be devoured!
