November 20, 2008 There’s not a whole lot to say here, as the long-awaited teaser for Imagi’s CG Astro Boy film is just that, but it still works as a quick glimpse at what they’ve been driving toward visually. With the release date still almost a year off, I’m sure there’s a lot more work to be done on the film, but I’m liking what little I’m seeing. Though I’ve never seen director David Bowers’s previous animated film, Flushed Away, Imagi doesn’t slouch, so I’m going to remain positive. I especially dig the rock-drilling moment!
