Asato Mizu’s Aharen-san wa Hakarenai manga may have ended in 2023, but there’s still more anime to look forward to soon. The second season is set to kick off this April, and the official website revealed both the ending song performer and a new addition to the cast.
The ending song will have shallm performing “Twilight.”
The new cast addition, pictured below, has Iori Saeki (King Halo in Umamusume: Pretty Derby) voicing rookie teacher Henzan-sensei.
Yasutaka Yamamoto (Servant x Service) is chief director for Aharen-san wa Hakarenai, with Tomoe Makino (Woodpecker Detective’s Office) directing and Takao Yoshioka (High School DxD) in charge of series scripts at anime production house Felix Film.

Socially awkward Aharen-san has personal boundary issues, either getting too close or too far from her classmates. When fellow student Raido picks up an eraser she drops, Aharen-san decides they’re now best friends. Whether studying, playing the arcade, or just eating lunch—she’s along for the ride. What follows is an impromptu bonding that shows affection can blossom in the unlikeliest of places!
