More info has arrived for WIND BREAKER season 2, which announced April 2025 premiere plans back in October. Now that timing has officially been narrowed down to April 3, and a new trailer is here to show off more of the upcoming KEEL arc and preview shytaupe’s ending song, “It’s myself.”
There’s also a new cast member in Junya Enoki, who will voice Shingo Natori. Check out the video below.

WIND BREAKER is being made at CloverWorks, with Toshifumi Akai of Fate/Grand Order -Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia- helming the project as director. The series composition is being handled by Hiroshi Seko, whose credentials include working on Attack on Titan Final Season, JUJUTSU KAISEN, and Chainsaw Man.
Kodansha publishes the original WIND BREAKER manga by Satoru Nii in English and gave this description for its plot:
WIND BREAKER Plot
Haruka Sakura wants nothing to do with weaklings—he’s only interested in the strongest of the strong.
