Over the course of the packed Jump Festa 2025 weekend, a couple major My Hero Academia news beats dropped. Chief among them was the official reveal of an anime adapting My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, the spinoff manga written by Hideyuki Furuhashi and illustrated by Betten Court.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure chief director Kenichi Suzuki is directing the anime, with Yosuke Kuroda on series composition and Takahiko Yoshida handling character designs for the production, which has BONES continuing to produce alongside the main My Hero Academia anime as it enters its final season.
