Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister

Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister

If you like The Quintessential Quintuplets but wish it had more of a shrine maiden vibe, give this spiritually-charged continuing anime a try. Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister is based on the ongoing manga by Marcey Naito, about an aspiring medical student named Uryu Kamihate who takes up lodging at a shrine. The catch? He’ll eventually have to marry one of the three shrine maiden sisters and become a priest! That’s already a lot for a future doctor, but an even bigger ask for someone who doesn’t believe in gods.

But the more Uryu learns about the Amagami sisters, the more he has to admit something is going on beyond his understanding. Will he keep his promise? Will he ever crack the Amagami Shrine’s secrets? And—most importantly—which sister will he marry? Start watching to follow the story into next season!

Orb: On the Movements of the Earth

Orb: On the Movements of the Earth

This continuing anime is spanning years both in reality and within its story! Orb: On the Movements of the Earth is based on Uono’s celebrated 2020 manga, and it spans the lives of several daring scientists. These great Medieval minds come from all walks of life, but they have one thing in common: they believe the Earth isn’t the center of the universe. And as straightforward as that seems to us now, there were once people who saw fit to put others to death for that knowledge.

While a Medieval science suspense series may not sound like a lot, it’s an incredible series that’s many are missing this season. If this is your first time hearing about it, be sure to give it a try. There’s still plenty of story to come!

Haruaki Abe is a novice teacher and a bit of a crybaby, but he’s determined to improve with his new job. Or he was, until he found himself teaching a menagerie of mythical monsters. As they get to know each other, though, they actually start to get along. Will Abe survive the school year? Start watching and find out!
