One of the most acclaimed visual novels, Steins;Gate was first released in October 2009, marking the second entry in MAGES.’ Science Adventure series. Thus, the series is officially celebrating its 15th anniversary, and MAGES. is getting in on the party with a special 15th anniversary trailer.
You can take a trip down memory lane—and see a teaser at the end that says “Thank you for your patronage over the past 15 years. Steins;Gate will continue”—in the video below.

Fans have been aware of that continuing aspect for a while now. In addition to Steins;Gate 0 Elite—which was announced in January 2020 but has yet to surface—a new Steins Science Adventure game was announced in October 2020. We’ll have to stay tuned for more on both.
Beyond the first entry, which debuted on Xbox 360, the series has spawned 2011’s Steins;Gate: My Darling’s Embrace, 2013’s Steins;Gate: Linear Bounded Phenogram, 2015’s Steins;Gate 0 and 2018’s Steins;Gate Elite.
