Kashi Mashi Meshi, the popular foodie manga by Mari Okazaki, is getting a live-action series adaptation.
The manga, which debuted in 2016, is about three friends who reunite during a sad occasion but find new hope by eating great food together. There are currently five volumes of the manga available in Japan.
Okazaki is also known for her manga Will I Be Single Forever? (Zutto Dokushin de Iru Tsumori?), which was recently adapted into a live-action film.
