ZOMBIE LAND SAGA Anime Kicks Off Beginning of the End

You know things aren’t going to stay pretty and positive for long when you’re dealing with an anime called ZOMBIE LAND SAGA. The original series’ official website updated with a new 90-second promo that highlights that transition nicely, showing a world on the brink as animated by MAPPA (Yuri!!! on ICE) in cooperation with avex pictures (Mr. Osomatsu) and game developer Cygames (Granblue Fantasy).

The end of the world is on the way to TV networks in Japan on October 4, and you can check out the latest preview below.

One Piece Film Strong World director Munehisa Sakai is at the helm for this one, with Shigeru Murakoshi (Knights of Sidonia) handling series composition and Kazumi Fukagawa (IDOLiSH7) on character designs at MAPPA.
