Gosick Artist Hinata Takeda Passes Away

News is now circulating that Hinata Takeda—artist for the Gosick light novels, as well as writer and illustrator for the Croisée in a Foreign Labyrinth manga—passed away in January due to an undisclosed illness.
The official announcement was made in the June issue of Dragon Age magazine and on the official Gosick website. In the blog post, Gosick author Kazuki Sakuraba says that when they met, Takeda reminded them of Yune, the heroine of Croisée.
