March Comes in like a Lion Cafe Opens in Tokyo

March Comes in like a Lion, the anime adaptation of the manga by Honey and Clover’s Chica Umino, started airing this week, and a pop-up cafe has, uh, popped up near Tokyo Station to promote the series.

The cafe, which is open from October 9 to December 30, features merchandise like pin badges, coffee mugs and tote bags, plus original dishes based on food eaten by main characters Rei, Akari and others throughout the series.

Finally, the cafe is decked out in stills from the show and signboards from Chica Umino, director Akiyuki Shinbo and the cast of the series.

If you’re fan of March Comes in like a Lion and find yourself in Tokyo from now until December 30, pop over to JP Tower KITTE and check it out.
