Crunchyroll Hosts Anime Night at the 2010 J-Pop Summit

Anime fans based in or around San Francisco have something new to get pumped about, because Anime Night at the 2010 J-Pop Summit is on its way. Hosted by Crunchyroll, Anime Night will feature two screenings of a newly remastered version of Makoto Shinkai’s 5 Centimeters Per Second.

The event takes place at the New People building in San Francisco’s Japan town on Tuesday, September 14. Doors open at 6:30 pm PDT, and the respective screenings are at 7:00 pm and 8:54 pm PDT. Pre-sale tickets are available for each screening at $10 a pop.

Along with a VIP event in between the screenings, fans will also receive a free gift pack and the chance to sign up for prizes. The J-Pop Summit itself runs from September 13-17.
