Viz Media is preparing for their simultaneous debut of the new manga by Rumiko Takahashi (Ranma 1/2, Inuyasha), which will be posted to a new site the publisher just launched on the same day the chapter is published in Japan. Viz’s updates to the new series, known as Kyokai no Rinne (and just Rin-ne in North America) will coincide with those in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday, and the first chapter will appear on April 22.
If the success of Takahashi’s past work is any indication, this could be another big title. For those interested, be sure to lock your eyes on Viz’s official site for Rinne, TheRumicWorld.com, when the time comes, and let us know if you get hooked on the weekly exploits of ghost-seeing protagonist Sakura Mamiya.
