Back in May, Toei Animation announced January 11, 2025 premiere timing for Witchy Precure!! ~MIRAI DAYS~, which aims to deliver a direct sequel to the 13th Precure TV anime. The latest update includes a new trailer, which both previews the opening song and announces a second role for Saori Hayami—who already voices Kotoha Hanami/Cure Felice—as the mysterious Hisui.
The opening song is Rie Kitagawa’s “Dokkin◇Mahō Tsukai Precure! Part 3 ~MIRAI DAYS~,” and you can sample that and more footage of the upcoming sequel below.

The ending song will be “Kisekiralink,” which will have Rie Takahashi (Cure Miracle), Yui Horie (Cure Magical) and Saori Hayami (Cure Felice) performing in character.
The sequel was first revealed in March 2023. Takayuki Hamana (Power of Hope: Precure Full Bloom) is series director, with Isao Murayama on series composition and Asami Sodeyama adapting character designs for the Toei Animation and Studio DEEN production.
The original Witchy PreCure! anime aired for 50 episodes in Japan from February 2016 to January 2017. Here’s how Toei Animation describes it:
Witchy Precure!! Plot
Mirai Asahina, a thirteen-year-old girl who is excited by various things, goes with her stuffed doll Mofurun to investigate a mysterious object that fell from the sky. There, she meets a young magician named Riko who is searching for something known as the Linkle Stone Emerald.
