Following last year’s project with Sturgill Simpson’s Sound & Fury for Netflix, Japan-based animation studio D’ART Shtajio is back with some more anime-inspired music video work. This time it’s a new MV for The Weeknd, who goes anime style for his single “Snowchild,” which chronicles his rise to the top of the charts.

D’ART Shtajio was founded in 2016 by American CEO/art director Arthell Isom, who also directed The Weeknd’s new video. Check out the results below.
