A fresh look at the A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School anime is here along with reveals for both the opening and ending songs. The series—which adapts the manga of the same name (AKA Yokai Gakko no Sensei Hajimemashita!) by Mai Tanaka—kicks off its broadcast in Japan on October 8, and you can see the latest peek at its animation below.
Four Eight 48 is handling the opening song, “Ebi Zori Turn!,” and Yuika is performing ending song “Bokurashisa.”
A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School Trailer
The anime is being made at Satelight, with Katsumi Ono of Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V and Skeleton Knight in Another World helming the project as director. The person handling series scripts is Deko Akao, known for working on Anonymous Noise and Noragami.
Yen Press publishes the manga by Mai Tanaka and gave this description for its plot:
A Terrified Teacher at Ghoul School! Plot
Rookie teacher Haruaki Abe is as cowardly as they come. It’s hard enough for him to handle human students without whimpering-and now he’s going to be teaching at a school full of monsters?! It’s a classroom of horrors for Haruaki, as his mischievous students use every means at their disposal to prank him! Will this poor teacher be able to get his group of ghouls under control, or is this class destined for failure?
