Sumo Action Explodes in Hinomaru Zumou Anime Promo

Kawada’s sumo manga Hinomaru Zumou is coming to TV in an October-due anime adaptation, and a new promo recently went online to preview more of its hot-blooded sports action. Meet protagonist Hinomaru Ushio—voiced by Atsushi Abe—and sample Official HIGE DANdism’s “FIRE GROUND” opening theme in the video below.

GONZO produces Hinomaru Zumou, which features Konosuke Uda (One Piece) as general director, Yasutaka Yamamoto (My Monster Secret) as director, and Kii Tanaka (Hundred) as character designer.
