Software company SofToLet has released a self-study application offering courses for weather forecasting for the Android market. This app is developed for people who want to become weather forecasters and reporters, and includes practice tests based on actual ones that are needed in order to be a professional.
The practice tests include elementary level questions, but you will enjoy studying with Prof. Fujisaki Sorara. SofTolet released both a free trial version, and a standard version.
