A start date is in place for the Possibly the Greatest Alchemist of All Time anime, which will kick off its run in Japan on January 1, 2025 via streaming services ABEMA and dAnime Store, followed by a regular broadcast on January 8. Along with that news we have two more cast members and a trailer previewing the opening and ending songs.

New cast members include Nobuo Tobita as Papek and Kikuko Inoue as Mulan, pictured respectively below.
Naoyuki Kuzuya (Reborn to Master the Blade: From Hero-King to Extraordinary Squire) directs the anime, with Mitsutaka Hirota (Helck) on series composition, Sayaka Anezaki on character designs and Hiroshi Nakamura on music for the Studio Comet production.
Alpha Manga publishes the manga adaptation by Kogitsunemaru in English and sums up the story like so:
