The world of ASMR—AKA autonomous sensory meridian response—involves videos or sounds that can trigger a feeling of relaxation, or even a sense of euphoria. Not one to be left out, the official Pokémon YouTube channel recently got in on the trend, and a new video is here for 30 more minutes of chill ASMR sounds and visuals.
This one stars a very sleepy Charmander, who warms its already ablaze tale by the fire. Watch as he literally does nothing but soothe you, perhaps lulling you into a fireside nap of your own, below.
