Shinsuke Kondo first launched the Ninja vs. Gokudo manga via Kodansha’s Comic Days site back in January 2020, and now it’s coming to the screen. Kodansha revealed plans for a TV anime adaptation, and Kondo provided the illustration below to celebrate the news.
Beyond that, there are no specifics about the anime at the time of this writing.
As of November 2024, the Ninja vs. Gokudo manga has 15 volumes out in Japan. Kodansha publishes the manga in English—with five volumes available as of January 21, 2025—and sums up the story like so:

Since before the dawn of memory, one thing has defined human history: the war between ninjas and yakuzas. This coarse and manly manga follows two members of these warring tribes who fill the gutters of modern Tokyo with blood to determine which elemental force will reign supreme!
