New Speed Racer Premiers in Japan

Tatsunoko Productions has just debuted the new TV series Mach Girl in Japan. Based in the universe of Mach: Go Go Go (the original Japanese title for Speed Racer), the series is drawn in the extremely unique “retro” style of character designer Suzuka Yoshida, and focuses on a scantily clad (yet somehow cute and innocent-looking) female racer named Lip. She drives a strange 3-wheeled car and travels around competing in random races.
