Netflix Sets a Date for Back Street Girls Anime

Director Chiaki Kon‘s anime adaptation of Jasmine Gyuh’s Back Street Girls -Gokudols– manga aired in Japan from July to September of this year, and it’s finally coming to Netflix. The streaming service launched a page for the series recently, lining it up for December 12.

To pay for an epic blunder, three yakuza brothers are forced to alter their bodies, form a girl group and break into the underground J-Pop idol scene.
