Another manga by My Love Story!! author Kazune Kawahara is coming to the screen. The author’s latest series to be adapted is the award-winning A Star Brighter than the Sun, which is officially set to premiere sometime this year.
Beyond that, details are relatively light, but Kawahara shared a commemorative illustration featuring protagonists Sae and Koki as kids and teens.
The A Star Brighter than the Sun manga runs in Bessatsu Margaret magazine, with VIZ Media preparing top publish it in English. Here’s the official synopsis:
