The novels follow high schooler Michio Kaga, who aimlessly wanders through life both online and off, until he gets transported from a shady website to a fantasy world. It’s there that he is reincarnated as a strong man with cheat powers, which he uses to become an adventurer, get money, and claim idol-level women to form a harem of his own.
Isekai Meikyuu de Harem o kicked off on the Shousetsuka ni Naro website in 2011 and ran until 2019, with an epilogue wrapping things up the following March. Print volumes featuring art by Full Metal Panic!‘s Shikidouji started hitting shelves in Japan in 2012. There’s also a manga adaptation by Issei Hyouju (Blade Dance of Elementalers manga), which launched in April 2017 and has been collected in seven volumes so far.
