The Magical Girl Destroyers anime is an original series set in a dystopian future in which Japan’s otaku culture has been destroyed by a mysterious organization known as SSC. It’s up to Otaku Hero, a revolutionary figure who is a major otaku, to set things right alongside a trio of magical girls known as Anarchy, Blue and Pink. The latest update to the anime has it set to premiere in Japan on April 7, and you can check out a new key visual below.

Magical Girl Destroyers comes from the mind of designer JUN INAGAWA, with Hiroshi Ikehata (FLCL Progressive) directing and Bibury Animation Studios handling animation production.
