The anime adaptation of Syundei’s Go For It, Nakamura-kun!! manga was previously planned for a 2025 broadcast premiere with Crunchyroll streaming. Those plans have changed, however, as the anime’s official website and social accounts announced a delay that moves the broadcast to sometime in 2026.
Aoi Umeki (Pop Team Epic season 1) directs and handles character designs for the Go For It, Nakamura-kun!! anime, with Naoki Yoshibe as assistant director, Yasuko Aoki as series composition writer and Ayana Tsujita on music for the Drive production.
Seven Seas Entertainment publishes the manga in English and describes the story like so:
Go For It, Nakamura-kun!! Plot
Nakamura is a shy boy who falls in love at first sight with one of his classmates–his dreamy high school classmate, Hirose. But there’s a problem: they haven’t met yet. And Nakamura is a total klutz who might bungle things before they even begin!
