The Gal and The Dinosaur Series Stomps in with Visual, More DetailsFrom the same odd-couple roommate well that brought us anime like Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid comes The Gal and The Dinosaur (Gyaru to Kyouryuu), a new series set for April.

Based on a manga by Moriko Mori and Cota Tomimura that started serialization in 2018, it’s the story of a gyaru who finds a dinosaur and brings it home. Turns out the dino has a taste for human food, TV and all manner of pop culture. Who woulda guessed?

The comedy series will feature both animation and live-action versions, and will be directed by Jun Aoki (Pop Team Epic). It’ll be animated by Kamikaze Douga and Space Neko Company.

The series will star Miyuri Shimabukuro, Yuko Natsuyoshi, Yoki Kudo and Seiichiro Yamashita.
