Funimation officially launched its new FunimationNow streaming app today on smartphones and tablets. That means anime fans who subscribe will be able to stream ad-free anime from Funimation’s library in HD on iOS, Android, Kindle, and Windows 10 devices.
There are currently three tiers of availability for FunimationNow. The basic tier offers a limited library with video ads for free. A Subpass offers all subtitled anime, including simulcasts, with unlimited, ad-free HD streaming for $4.99 a month. Again, subs only for that one. Finally there’s the All-Access Pass, priced at $7.99 a month and detailed below.

· All English-dubbed anime
· Unlimited device streaming (subbed and dubbed)
· Funimation Broadcast Dubs – English-dubbed episodes of select shows that are available within weeks of the Japanese broadcast
· Exclusive video extras
· Ad-free in HD
