Food for the Soul is a currently-airing slice-of-life anime featuring an original story and character designs by Atto, creator of Non Non Biyori. With the show underway as part of the spring 2025 anime season, a new character trailer is here to introduce Shinon Ogawa, as voiced by Yoshino Aoyama (Hitori Gotoh in BOCCHI THE ROCK!).

Shinya Kawatsura (Non Non Biyori) directs alongside Toru Shunsui, with Yoshihiro Hiki (Akiba Maid War) on series composition, Hajime Mitsuda (Akiba’s Trip the Animation) on character designs and Hitomi Mizutani (Non Non Biyori) on music for the P.A.WORKS production.

Mako, a first-year university student living alone for the first time, finds solace in her love for cooking, recreating gourmet dishes in her small kitchen. Too shy to dine out by herself, her life takes a flavorful turn when she joins a foodie club.
