October 16, 2008 Right Stuf announced yesterday that they’ll be releasing more Aria in January of next year, so everyone that dug the first season can start saving up their pocket change now in anticipation. The ARIA The NATURAL collection will contain the first half of the show’s second season, with the DVD containing the remaining 13 episodes to be announced in early 2009.
Aria definitely has a solid pedigree behind it, with direction by Junichi Sato (Sailor Moon, Sgt. Frog) and animation by Hal Film Maker of Pretear and Slayers Premium fame. Check out the full release details from Right Stuf below:
