The Orb: On the Movements of the Earth anime has steadily been adding to its cast as it airs, and now another newcomer is getting ready to join the adaptation.
The latest voice actor to get in on the series is Atsumi Tanezaki, known for roles such as Anya Forger in SPY x FAMILY and Frieren in Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End. In Orb, Tanezaki will voice the young version of Albert starting in episode 24. You can see the design side-by-side with Tanezaki above.
Orb: On the Movements of the Earth is being made at Madhouse, with Kenichi Shimizu of Parasyte -the maxim– and All Out!! helming the project as director. The person handling series scripts is Shingo Irie, who is known for working on AFTERLOST. Credit for character design goes to Masanori Shino of Black Lagoon. The music is composed by veteran composer kensuke ushio, whose credits include A Silent Voice, Liz and the Blue Bird, and The Heike Story.
