Based on the novels by Mikito Chinen an Noizi Ito, the Ameku M.D.: Doctor Detective anime now has a premiere date. The adaptation will kick off its run on TV in Japan on January 1, 2025, with Crunchyroll already planning to stream it as it airs.

Kazuya Iwata (7th Time Loop: The Villainess Enjoys a Carefree Life Married to Her Worst Enemy) directs, with Yuko Kakihara (The Apothecary Diaries) on series composition, Yuka Takashina (Plunderer) on character designs and fox capture plan on music for the project No. 9 production.
The cast includes Ayane Sakura as Takao Ameku, Kensho Ono as Yu Takanashi, Manaka Iwami as Mai Konoike, Nana Mizuki as Mazuru Ameku and Fumihiko Tachiki as Owashi Ameku, among others.
Also known as Ameku Takao’s Detective Karte, the novels kicked off in 2014, with a manga adaptation by Hiroki Ohara following. The series centers on a highly intelligent doctor who tackles unidentifiable ailments and other mysteries within Tenikai General Hospital’s general diagnosis department.
