A TV anime adaptation is officially in the works for Alma-chan Wants to Have a Family!, AKA Alma-chan wa Kazoku ni Naritai, based on the romantic-comedy manga by Nanateru.

Alma-chan Wants to Have a Family! follows a pair of scientists who don’t know they’re in love, but their robot understands and wants to be in a family together with them both.

The anime adaptation has Yasuhiro Minami (episodes of Gintama) directing, with Yukie Sugawara (The Vampire Dies in No Time) on series composition and Mika Yamamoto (sub-character designer on Fire Force) handling character designs for the Studio Flad production.

Other than that, details are light, but you can at least see author Nanateru’s commemorative illustration below.
