Crunchyroll recently announced plans to stream the upcoming The Foolish Angel Dances with the Devil anime, which officially has a premiere month. The adaptation of Sawayoshi Azuma’s manga is now set to kick off in January 2024, and you can see more of what’s on the way in the first full trailer below.
A new key visual also arrived along with news about the theme songs. “Taiyō to Odore, Tsukiyo ni Utae” will perform “Otowa” as the opening theme song and Kaori Ishihara will perform “Gift” as the ending theme song.
Yuma Uchida is in the lead as Masatora Akutsu alongside Ayane Sakura as Lily Amane. The anime is being written and directed by Itsuro Kawasaki (The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting), with Yuko Yahiro (Kaguya-sama: Love is War) handling character designs, Takuro Iga (Oshi no Ko) on music and ANLA on music production at Children’s Playground Entertainment.
